Ecosystems on Land (EL) Consult (T) is a Tanzanian consulting firm (Reg. No. 111710) registered under the Companies Act, 2002. The core mission of EL consult is to contribute to sustainable development through explicit analysis of the development initiatives in the context of surrounding socio-ecosystems.
The firm provide consultancy services expertise in the natural – human ecosystem continuum. The firm operate from its head quarters office based in Dar es Salaam Tanzania. Ecosystems on Land Consult (T) Ltd is managed by the Board of Directors who provide guidance on operation of the company through the Managing Director. The Managing Director’s operations are supported by the Director of Human Resource & Administration. The firm maintain core team of technical staff but has access to more than one hundred of experts who are deployed/engaged/called when there are opportunities for consultancy assignments in line to their main lines of qualification and interest. Also the Human resource and administration department has access to wide range of the support staff. The firm maintains a robust Quality Control in order to ensure that best practice is followed during the execution of activities throughout the project cycle. The Quality Assurance (QA) System ensures that the performance of the consultant satisfies the needs of the Client, of the beneficiaries, of the consultant himself; and that these performances are in line with applicable standards and norms.
